Semolina Custard

Ingredients to make Semolina Custard

  • 1 cup Semolina
  • 500 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp custard
  • 100 gm sugar
  • 20 gm fresh cream
  • 1 tsp crushed nutmeg
  • 1 tsp chopped cashew
  • 1 tsp Chopped almond
  • 1 tsp powdered cardamon
  • 1 tsp chopped raisins

How to make Semolina Custard

  1. Boil the semolina and keep aside.
  2. Next boil the milk. Take half cup of the milk and mix the 4 tbsp custard in it.
  3. When the bubbles start to come out in the milk mix the custard whisked in milk
  4. Let the milk thicken on a low flame. Then add Boiled semolina.
  5. Add all the dry friuts along with nutmeg.
  6. Put some cream and mix well.
  7. Garnish the custard with remaining dry fruits. Serve hot or cold.
