Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Ghee 1 tbsp
  2. Boiled green peas 1/2 cup
  3. Chopped roasted dry fruits 1 tbsp
  4. Sugar 1/2 tbsp
  5. Milk 1/2 cup
  6. bread crumbs 2 tbsp
  7. cardamom powder 1 tsp
  8. Dessicated coconut 1 tbsp
  9. Khoya 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take 1 tbsp ghee in a pan, melt it, add boiled green peas and roast until cooked, stir often so that it does not stick to the base.
  2. Mia all the roasted ingredient and the sugar and cook until mixture leaves the side of the vessel. Mix cardamom powder and remove from heat.
  3. Transfer to a greased tray, press and level .
  4. Cut into desired shape.
  5. Garnish with cashew nuts
