Ingredients to make Paneer cheese balls

  • 2potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 250 gm grated paneer 1 small onion very finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp green capscicum very finely grated
  • 3 cubes of cheese grated
  • 4 tbsp finely chopped corriander
  • 3 tbsp green chilly paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 2 tsp aamchur powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Few bread slices
  • Oil to fry

How to make Paneer cheese balls

  1. Boil potatoes, later cool,thn peel and mash them.
  2. Add to it all ingredients except bread slices.
  3. Mix well. Roll them in medium sized balls very delicately. Cover n put aside.
  4. Take kadai filled with oil. Heat oil to very hot temperature.
  5. In a deep plate, take water. Soak bread for a minute. Pressing soaked bread slice between both palms, squeeze out all water.
  6. Roll potato ball in pressed flattened bread slice and cover ball all over with it.Repeat same process with each balls before Frying them.
  7. Deep fry, all such potatoes covered with bread slice in heated oil till golden in color.
  8. Pat dry them on kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.
  9. Serve with green coriander chutney, tomato ketchup.
