Magic curry...

Ingredients to make Magic curry...

  • Spinach 1cup
  • Green peas 1/2cuo
  • Gramflour3 tbsp
  • Cornflour 2tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2tsp
  • Kitchen king masala 1tsp
  • Cream 3tbsp
  • Tomatoes 3 puried
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Ceshew paste 1tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Water as needed

How to make Magic curry...

  1. Grind spinach and peas roughly in a mixer grinder
  2. Mix gram flour cornflour salt redchilli powder in this mixture
  3. Make balls of this mixture and deep fry
  4. Keep aside fried balls
  5. Make fine paste of tomatoes heat 2tbsp oil in a pan and add this pury
  6. Add salt redchilli powder turmeric powder mix well
  7. Add kaju paste and kitchen king masala in the gravy
  8. Lower the flame and add cream in it
  9. Add water
  10. Put on lead for few minuts
  11. Serve fried dumplings in creamy tomato gravy garnish with fresh cream
