Banana Paak

Ingredients to make Banana Paak

  • bananas 4
  • sugar 2 tbsp (optional)
  • Elachi 1
  • cinnamon stick 1/2
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Pure ghee

How to make Banana Paak

  1. Take a pan and add 1 tsp ghee
  2. Add elachi seeds and cinnamon stick
  3. Add cut bananas
  4. Fry for a few seconds
  5. Add milk and sugar and let it cook. (Milk may curdle, don't worry)
  6. Cook till its mushy and all the milk evaporates
  7. Serve as it is or with hot chapaties.
