Moongdaal Wraps

Ingredients to make Moongdaal Wraps

  • Soaked Moong Daal 1 cup
  • Green Chilly 1-2
  • Ginger 1 small piece
  • salt as per taste
  • Black pepper as per taste
  • Oil 1-2 tsp
  • Finely chopped onions 1
  • Finely chopped tomato 1 small
  • Finely chopped shimla Mirch 1 small
  • Paneer 50 gms chopped
  • Grated cheese 2 cubes

How to make Moongdaal Wraps

  1. Take Soaked (2-3 hours) daal, ginger & green chilly in mixer jar.
  2. Make fine paste add salt n pepper and little water n mix well.
  3. Take chopped veggies add salt red chilly powder n mix well
  4. Take a non stick tava or pan sprinkle little oil n heat it up. Make small dosa from the better and cook both side.
  5. Add 1 tsp stuffing n grated cheese over it. Fold it in desired shapes.
  6. Serve Hot with chutney, mayo or catchup. :-)
My Tip: You can make it in usual dosa shape as well. u can make it with oil also. :-)
