Ingredients to make Eggless Tutti frutti Cake

  • flour - 1.5 cups
  • sugar - a little less than a cup
  • oil(any vegetable oil) - 1/2cup
  • curd(dahi) - 1/2cup
  • Warm milk - 1/4 cup
  • Tutti Frutti candy dusted with flour - a handful
  • Baking Powder - 1tsp
  • baking soda - 1/4tsp
  • Vanilla essence - few drops

How to make Eggless Tutti frutti Cake

  1. Sieve flour with baking powder and keep aside
  2. Mix Curd with sugar till it melts well.
  3. Add baking soda to it, mix and leave aside till it becomes frothy.
  4. Slowly mix oil and vanilla essence. to it without breaking the air bubbles
  5. Fold in slowly the dry ingredients till it all well mixed.
  6. Add little warm milk to lossen the batter. Batter should be if ribbon consistency. It should not be runny.
  7. Fold in the dusted candies. Keep aside few to sprinkle on the top.
  8. Pour into the greased mould
  9. Bake at 160*degree for 35 minutes.
  10. Your super spongy cake is ready.
