Ingredients to make Aalo aur anardana crispy parantha

  • For stuffing :
  • Boiled potatoes 3 large
  • Onion 1/3 sliced
  • Green chillies 2
  • Anardana powder 2 teaspoon
  • Salt according to taste
  • Chat masala 1 Teaspoon
  • Coriander seeds coarsely ground​ 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin 1 teaspoon
  • Carrom seeds
  • red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh green coriander and mint leaves
  • For Dough:
  • All purpose flour 3 cup
  • Salt a pinch
  • Ghee 1 teaspoon
  • Water for kneading dough
  • For frying:
  • Oil / ghee as per ur choice

How to make Aalo aur anardana crispy parantha

  1. Make a soft dough mixing all the dough ingredients. Cover it with wet cloth.
  2. Mash potatoes well and mix all ingredients of stuffing.
  3. Now make round chapati and fill 1/2 spoon stuffing. And roll then make Parantha of it.
  4. Put it on hot tawa and cook from both sides. Apply oil or ghee on both sides. Fry well. Your Parantha is ready.
  5. Serve it with pickle, chutney and curd.
My Tip: Fill and roll carefully . Otherwise parantha will crack.
