Banana Rasayana

Ingredients to make Banana Rasayana

  • Ripe bananas - 2
  • Jaggery - 2 tspn
  • Coconut milk - 1 cup
  • Elaichi - 2
  • Grated coconut - 1 tspn

How to make Banana Rasayana

  1. Cut the ripe bananas into slices.
  2. Add the jaggery and elaichi and mix.
  3. Add coconut milk and mix.
  4. Leave for 15 min so that the jaggery flavour completely dissolves with milk.
  5. Sprinkle grated coconuts and serve.
My Tip: You can use milk instead of coconut milk and use grated coconuts more for the flavour. I have used powdered jaggery and solid ones both.
