Ingredients to make Jain Salt or Jeeraman Namak

  • salt plain 1cup
  • cumin seeds 2tbsp
  • fennel seeds (sauff) 2tbsp
  • Black pepper 1tbsp
  • coriander seeds 2tbsp
  • Red chillie 4-5
  • cloves (laung) 5-6
  • turmeric powder 1tbsp
  • Dry Gooseberry powder (amla) 1tbsp
  • Dry mango powder 2tbsp
  • Black salt 4tbsp

How to make Jain Salt or Jeeraman Namak

  1. Roast all the ingredients together for 5 minutes in a low flame, Except black salt and plain salt
  2. Take in a plate rest them for 5 minutes, heat pan put black salt and plain salt leave it for 30 seconds, now switch off flame and mix all ingredients together
  3. Now grind all in a mixer grinder. Until it become a powder
