Ingredients to make Banana custard

  • banana 2 chopped
  • custard powder 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Pomegranate 1
  • Apple 1 chopped
  • Dry fruit powder 1 tbsp

How to make Banana custard

  1. Boil the milk in a pan on high.
  2. Take Custard in katori, add 4 tbsp cold milk and mix it.
  3. Add the custard mixture in boiled milk, add sugar also and mix it well.
  4. Add dry fruit powder and mix it.
  5. Switch off the gas. Cool down it.
  6. Add chopped banana, apple and pomegranate.
  7. Put it in fridge for 2 hours and served chilled.
My Tip: Completely cool down the custard milk before putting fruits in it.
