Ingredients to make Banana Flaxseed Crackers

  • Banana: 1 medium size ( ripe).
  • Flaxseed: 1/2 cup.
  • Parchment paper: 2 sheets

How to make Banana Flaxseed Crackers

  1. Peel the banana and add it to a bowl.
  2. Mash it with a fork until creamy and very few lumps are left.
  3. Add the flax seeds and mix well
  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  5. Take one tablespoon of the banana flaxseed mixture and drop it on the parchment paper
  6. Spread with the help of the back of a spoon to form rounds
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius or until the edges turn a little brown.
  8. Let them cool completely for atleast an hour. Peel the crackers gently from the parchment paper and store in an air tight container.
My Tip: Let the baked crackers stay in the switched off oven for 15 more minutes to crisp up .
