  • 4 pieces of chicken leg
  • Salt
  • Black peper
  • Chinese 5 spice 1 table spoon
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 2 spoon curd
  • Half lemon juice

How to make Roasted chinese egg yolk wash chicken leg

  1. Fill a bowl with water add 1 table spoon of salt and put that chicken in it for 1 hour
  2. After 1 hour dry all the water
  3. Now in a bowl add chicken 1 tea spoon salt
  4. 1 tea spoon chilli powder 1 tea spoon black peper
  5. 1 table spoon chinese 5 spice
  6. 2 table spoon curd
  7. 1 egg yolk
  8. Mix it well keep it in fridge for 1 hour
  9. Now after 1 hour take it out keep out side until it comes to room temperature
  10. Now heat microwave at 200 degree
  11. Place chicken on high rack insert it in micro wave set time for 26 minuite
  12. When 9 minute left take it out and turn the pieces
  13. After 26 minuite it is done serve hot
