As the name suggests, it's a yummy fritter and again a new idea by me for all those mince lovers. Packed with the goodness of spinach, mutton mince and spring onions, it's a perfect snack with a hot cup of tea. Deep fried and yet with the least amount of oil, it's a healthy fritter to a perfection. Makes an excellent after school snack and even a yummy starter for parties and get together. Combined with green veggies it has loads of vitamins and minerals too.
