Roasted Capsicum Raita !!

Ingredients to make Roasted Capsicum Raita !!

  • Capsicum - 1 big
  • Curd - 1 & half cup
  • Roasted peanuts powdered - 2 tbspn
  • Chilly - 1 finely chopped (optional )
  • Mustard seeds - 1tspn
  • Jeera - half tspn
  • Dry red chilly - 1 broken
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • Hing - 1 pinch (optional )
  • Oil - 1 tbspn

How to make Roasted Capsicum Raita !!

  1. Wash the capsicum. Dry it with a towel, turn the gas on put the capsicum on it & roast it from all sides
  2. It will look like this after roasting
  3. Then cut the capsicum & remove the seeds, If you like peel the skin then cut into small pieces & put into a bowl
  4. Now powder the peanuts
  5. Pour the curd over the chopped capsicum & powdered peanuts mixture
  6. Now take a tadka pan put oil & when hot add mustard seeds & jeera after it splutters add red chilly then add hing
  7. Now pour this over the raita, mix well, garnish with coriander leaves & serve with rice & dal or with roti sabzi
  8. Ready to serve
