Ingredients to make Maggi cabbage chicken egg pola in a pot

  • Maggi hot head chilli chicken noodles - 2
  • Chicken - 300gram boiled in salt and turmeric and shredded
  • Cabbage shredded -1 cup
  • Eggs - 7 numbers
  • Onion chopped - 1 cup
  • Curry leaves - 10-15 chopped
  • Green chillies - 4 chopped
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic crushed - 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger grated - 1 tablespoon
  • Oil - 4 Tablespoon
  • Butter melted - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chaat masala - 1 tablespoon
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cardamom Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1tablespoon
  • Coriander leaves chopped -1/4 cup
  • For pola (cake) topping -
  • Egg - 1
  • Onion rings - 5-6
  • Capsicum rings - 5-6
  • Tomato rings - 5-6
  • Chaat masala - 2 pinch to sprinkle
  • Red chilli powder - 2 pinch to sprinkle

How to make Maggi cabbage chicken egg pola in a pot

  1. Cook maggi hot head chilli chicken noodles in 3 cups of water in a open pan.
  2. Keep it aside.
  3. Take a non stick pan heat 2 tablespoon of oil.
  4. Add in green chillies, ginger, garlic and curry leaves.
  5. Saute well for 30 seconds or till raw smell of garlic goes.
  6. Add in onions saute till they become soft.
  7. Add in garam masala and red chilli powder.
  8. Add shredded chicken to it and mix well to onion masala.
  9. Add in shredded cabbage and stir fry add some salt to it and cook till cabbage turns soft.
  10. Cut the maggi hot head chilli chicken taste makers sachet and mix in cabbage chicken masala.
  11. Now transfer the cooked maggi noodles.
  12. Mix well with cabbage chicken masala.
  13. Beat 7 eggs with pepper powder and cardamom powder with the help of whisker.
  14. After beating egg batter will become fluffy.
  15. Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade for 10 minutes.
  16. Pour egg batter to cabbage chicken masala noodles.
  17. To this sprinkle chaat masala, lemon juice and 1/2 of chopped coriander leaves mix well.
  18. Take a baking borosil pot add in 2 tablespoon oil and grease the pot with your fingers.
  19. Transfer the maggi cabbage chicken egg mixture in a borosil baking pot.
  20. Now level it with a spatula.
  21. Crack one egg over it
  22. Arrange capsicum rings, onion rings and tomato slices sprinkle red chilli powder and chaat masala over the pola mixture.
  23. Spread remaining chopped coriander leaves over the pola.
  24. Cover the lid and bake for 15 minutes or till it cooks completely.
  25. If baking pot don't have lid you can cover with aluminium foil
  26. After 15 minutes check by inserting knife in the middle of the pola (cake) if it comes out clean then pola is cooked if not continue baking for another 2-5 minutes.
  27. When pola is cooked completely open the lid and apply 1 tablespoon of butter with the help of brush .
  28. Again continue baking without lid for 3-5 minutes.
  29. Switch off the oven let it rest for 5 minutes.
  30. Now take out from the oven
  31. Your yummy maggi cabbage chicken egg pola in a pot is now ready.
  32. Cut and serve hot with maggi hot and sweet tomato chilli sauce.
My Tip: You can cook this pola on stove top also in a non stick saucer pan over the hot tava on low flame for 10 to 15 minute
