Ingredients to make Maggi breakfast muffins

  • 1 maggi noodles cake and tastemaker
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup Grated Cheese

How to make Maggi breakfast muffins

  1. Boil 2 cups water in a pan, add taste maker and maggi cake (cut into pieces) and cook for a couple of minutes till cooked.
  2. Allow it to cool down completely.
  3. Switch on the oven and preheat it at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
  4. While the oven is getting heated, take a bowl, add eggs and beat well till the whites and yolks are well mixed.
  5. Add salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder and mix well.
  6. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, corn and coriander leaves and mix well.
  7. Now tear the bread into small pieces and add this along with milk to the bowl.
  8. Add the cooked maggi noodles and mix everything well.
  9. Transfer the batter to 6 silicon baking moulds, add cheese on top and place the moulds on a baking tray.
  10. Place the tray inside the oven in the central rack and bake at 180 degree Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes.
  11. Carefully take out the tray and garnish with maggi noodles, tomatoes, sweetcorn and coriander leaves.
  12. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
