About Caribbean Chicken Strips Recipe

Marinated in delicious cajun spices, this dish is best served with a portion of fried banana chips

Caribbean Chicken Strips

Ingredients to make Caribbean Chicken Strips

  • chicken Breast 250 grms
  • Thyme paste 1tsp
  • garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Cajun spice 2tsp
  • Refined flour 2tbsp
  • Corn flour 1tbsp
  • egg 1
  • Panko bread crumbs 100 grms
  • oil to deep fry
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mayonnaise 100 grms
  • Roasted garlic paste 1 tblsp

How to make Caribbean Chicken Strips

  1. Cut chicken breast into ½ inch strips across the grain. Marinate the chicken strips with thyme paste, Cajun spice ,garlic paste and salt-pepper.
  2. Dredge marinated chicken in flour and corn flour mixture . Coat dredged chicken strips in beaten eg. Coat well with Panko
  3. Deep fry till golden brown. Serve with Roasted Garlic dip
