Ingredients to make Mango maharani

  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 5 tbs powdered sugar
  • 2 tbs desiccated coconut
  • 2 cup thick curd
  • Choco chips and strawberry syrup for decoration

How to make Mango maharani

  1. Chop the mango and take out its puree in blender
  2. Strain the curd in soup strainer to get smooth and silky texture
  3. Mix all the ingredients including coconut and sugar very well. To form a homogeneous mixture
  4. Pour it in small glasses and top with some choco chip and strawberry syrup
  5. Refrigerate it for 2 to 3 hours and serve chilled. .
  6. Your mango maharani is ready..
