Icecream Lassi

Ingredients to make Icecream Lassi

  • curd 2Cup
  • sugar Powder 4-6tbsp
  • cardamom Powder 1/2tsp
  • Chilled water 2 1/2Cups
  • Vanilla IceCream 4Scoops
  • Chopped cashews 2tbsp
  • rose Syrup 4tbsp
  • Cherries for garnish

How to make Icecream Lassi

  1. In a blender add curd. water, sugar, cardamom powder and rose syrup. Beat well until smooth and semi thick.
  2. Add some ice cubes and blend again
  3. Pour into individual small glasses. Top it with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  4. Serve it chill with chopped cashews and garnish with the cherry.

My Tip:

Make it in any flavors of your choice. Rosy or any fruity light flavors are better than heavy dry fruit flavors during summers. Adjust the consistency with water rather than milk or malai. Use low-fat ice cream.
