ABOUT Tangy Potato Salad RECIPE

Surprise your kids by preparing chaat from their favorite veggie-Potato.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potatoes 4
  2. Spinach ( chopped) 1 tablespoon
  3. Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
  5. Roasted cumin seeds powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Salt ( to taste)
  7. Oil 1 teaspoon
  8. Lemon juice 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Wash and boil potatoes for around 5 minutes.
  2. Peel them and cut in roundels.
  3. Heat a non stick pan.
  4. Add oil.
  5. Place potato roundels in pan and sprinkle red chilli powder,cumin seeds powder, salt and chaat masala.
  6. Flip them and roast from other side too.
  7. Garnish with chopped spinach and lemon juice.
