Ingredients to make Restaurant Style cheese Yogurt Kebab

  • Cottage cheese- 1 cup mashed
  • Hung curd- 2 cups
  • Mint leaves- finely chopped 10 strand
  • Coriander leaves- finely chopped 1 tablespoon
  • Unsweetened koya- appx 1/2 cup or as per the taste
  • Ginger and green chilly finely chopped- 1 tablespoon each
  • Chat masala- 1 tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder- a pinch
  • Salt- to taste
  • Coriander leaves- finely chopped 1 tbsp

How to make Restaurant Style cheese Yogurt Kebab

  1. Put curd in a muslin cloth for 5 to 6 hrs to make a hung curd (thick )
  2. Now mash koya and cottage cheese with your palm to make a smooth paste .
  3. Add koya and cheese in hung curd then add mint leaves, chopped coriander leaves, salt, chat masala, red chilli and chopped ginger and green chilli, mix it nicely.
  4. Now make a round shape coat it with bread crumbs and fry it in a oil . Fry yogurt kababs till it becomes golden brown .
  5. Serve it with tomato sauce and decorate it of your own choice ...
My Tip: Hung curd should be properly done otherwise it will leave water .
