Ingredients to make Meva Gulkand (Rose Petal Jam) Yogurt

  • 250 grams thick chilled curd
  • 100 grams gulkand (rose petal jam)
  • 50 grams cashew nut
  • 30 grams walnut powder
  • ¼ tea spoon cinnamon powder

How to make Meva Gulkand (Rose Petal Jam) Yogurt

  1. Mix gulkand and cashew nut in a bowl.
  2. Then add walnut, cinnamon powder in curd & mix well in mixer or hand beater so as to make soft & thick mixture.
  3. While serving in a bowl first pour gulkand cashew nut mixture topping with curd layer decorate with cashew nut and walnut.
