Ingredients to make Gulkand or Rose petal jam

  • 1 cup rose petels
  • 3 to 4 tbspSugar
  • 2 tsp Crushed saunf/ Aniseed

How to make Gulkand or Rose petal jam

  1. Wash the rose petals.
  2. In a clean and dried container mix rose petals with sugar and crushed saunf.
  3. Keep it in sunlight for 6 to 7 days
  4. Mix with a spoon every day.

My Tip:

Add tutti fruity or cardamom powder. You can make gulkand milkshake too.
