Stuffed Rice Dahi Bhalla

Ingredients to make Stuffed Rice Dahi Bhalla

  • Boiled rice or leftover rice- 1 cup
  • Singhara atta- 1 tbls
  • Ginger- 1 one small piece
  • Green chili- 2
  • Roasted zeera- 1 tsp
  • Rock salt- 1/2 tsp or to taste
  • Red chilli- 1/2 tsp
  • Curd- 2 cup
  • Meethi imli chutney- 2 tbls
  • For stuffing:
  • Grated coconut- 2 tbls
  • Raisins- 2 tsp cut into small pieces
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry

How to make Stuffed Rice Dahi Bhalla

  1. Mix rice, ginger, green chilli mash it or grind in mixie
  2. Add atta to it, mix all the stuffing ingredients
  3. Make all balls flat on palms, fill with stuffing and make balls again.
  4. Heat oil in pan fry bhalla on slow fire.
  5. Whisk curd, add salt to it.
  6. Dip bhalla in curd for 15 minutes
  7. Decoratte with zeera, mirch and meethi chutney
  8. Top up with coriander leaves
My Tip: In fasts days we can use samak rice
