Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup Bajra (Black millet) flour
  2. 1/2 cup Methi (Fenugreek) leaves finely chopped
  3. 1 tsp lahsun (garlic) paste
  4. 1 tsp green chili paste
  5. 1/2 tsp adrak (ginger) paste
  6. 2 tsp til (sesame seeds)
  7. 2 tbsp sooji (semolina)
  8. 1/4 tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
  9. 1/2 tsp hing (asafoedita)
  10. 1 tsp red chili powder
  11. 1 tsp dhania (coriander) powder
  12. 2 tbsp curd
  13. 1 tsp sugar
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. 1) Combine all the ingredients except oil for deep frying and knead into a semi stiff dough. 2) Divide into equal portions and flatten it to form a thick circle. 3) Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the vada's on a slow flame till they turn into golden brown in colour. 4) Drain on an absorbent paper.Let it cool.Store in an airtight container.
