Ingredients to make Kiwi Yogurt Dessert

  • 1 - Kiwi
  • 1/2 cup - thick yogurt
  • 1/2 piece - beetroot
  • 2 - carrots
  • 1 - cucumber chopped into small pieces
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 - lemon slice
  • 1 teaspoon - coconut powder
  • 1 teaspoon - Tutti frutti

How to make Kiwi Yogurt Dessert

  1. First take the carrots and beetroot then extract juice from it.
  2. Now add salt in the juice and pour the juice in a serving glass.
  3. Chill the glass in the refrigerator. Let the juice's layer be semi frozen; this is the bottom layer of the dessert
  4. Mix the cucumber pieces into the yogurt. Now pour this cucumber yogurt onto the semi frozen juice layer. This is the second layer of dessert. Again freeze it for 1 hour.
  5. Put the kiwi in a blender and make a puree of it.
  6. Pour kiwi puree onto the yogurt and let it chill for 1/2 an hour. This is the top layer.
  7. Rub the lemon slice on the rim of the glass. Then sprinkle the coconut powder on the rim of the glass.
  8. Garnish with tutti frutti and serve chilled. Yummy nutritious dessert is ready to enjoy.
My Tip: Instead of carrot- beetroot juice, only beetroot puree can also be added.
