Ingredients to make Vegan Banana Oats Bars with Chocolate Chips

  • 2nos Large Bananas (ripen)
  • 1tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2Cups Rolled oats
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • 1/4cup Dates (pitted & chopped finely)
  • 1/4cup chopped Nuts(almonds hazelnuts)
  • 1/2tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2cup Chocolate chips

How to make Vegan Banana Oats Bars with Chocolate Chips

  1. Heat the oven to 350°F and grease a square baking dish with butter. Peel the bananas and mash them in a medium mixing bowl. Mash very thoroughly.
  2. Add in the vanilla, if using. Add the oats and stir them in. Stir in the salt,cinnamon powder,dates,chocolate chips and nuts.
  3. Transfer the thick mixture evenly into the baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until the edges just begin to crisp up.
  4. Place the baking pan over a rack to cool. When they gets cool completely, cut into bars and enjoy with a glass of milk or tea.
