Ingredients to make Panagam

  • Jaggery (grated) - 2- 3 tbsp .
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Dry ginger - 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Cardamom - 1 (crushed)

How to make Panagam

  1. Dissolve the jaggery in water and keep it aside.
  2. Mix the crushed cardamom and dry ginger to this jaggery water and filter it.
  3. Your drink is ready. Enjoy chilled!!!

My Tip:

Palm jaggery can also be added instead of normal jaggery
