Gud /Jaggery Sabja Sherbat

Ingredients to make Gud /Jaggery Sabja Sherbat

  • 200 grams Gud/jaggery of your choice
  • 2 tbsp Sabja
  • 2 Lemon
  • Water

How to make Gud /Jaggery Sabja Sherbat

  1. Soak jaggery in drinking water for 2-3 hours.
  2. Soak Sabja in water.
  3. Keep 2 juicy fresh lemon ready too.
  4. Strain jaggery in a jug now.
  5. Strain Sabza, add to jaggery water.
  6. Cut 2 lemon into halves.
  7. Squeezed the lemon into the jaggery Sabja mix.
  8. Do check sourness and squeeze lime as per taste.
  9. Stir cool and enjoy this very Desi but healthy summer cooler.
  10. Pour out when cold and serve chilled.
My Tip: Do not add ice to dilute as taste spoils.
