Ingredients to make CABBAGE STIR FRY-CABBAGE PORIYAL

  • 500 gms cabbage finely shredded
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt to taste

How to make CABBAGE STIR FRY-CABBAGE PORIYAL

  1. Heat oil in a skillet and add mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds splutter, add the cumin seeds and garlic.
  2. Add onion and fry till translucent.
  3. Add chili powder, salt and cabbage and mix well.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat till the cabbage is cooked.
