Ingredients to make Healthy Gram Chaat

  • 250 grams Chana dal
  • 1 medium red Onion
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 2 green Chilies
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Chaat masala
  • 1 /2tsp Pepper
  • 1\2 Lemon

How to make Healthy Gram Chaat

  1. Soak the Chana dal over night probably 10 -12 hours.
  2. Wash well and drain water, keep aside.
  3. Chop onion ,tomato and green chilies fine,
  4. Chop coriander fine.
  5. Add seasoning and squeeze lemon . Mix well
  6. Serve garnished with corriander leaves and green chillies slit, keep in fridge
