Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cottage Cheese - 400 grams
  2. Lemon juice - 1/2 tablespoon
  3. Butter - 2 tablespoons
  4. Fresh Mint Leaves Paste - 2 tablespoons
  5. Crushed black peppercorns - 1 1/4 teaspoons
  6. Oil - 4 tablespoons
  7. Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Onion chopped - 1 medium
  9. Tomato chopped - 1 medium
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Green chilli paste - 1/4 tablespoon
  12. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  13. Coriander powder - 1 1/4 teaspoons
  14. Fresh coriander leaves paste - 2 tablespoons
  15. Cashew Nut paste - 1/4 cup
  16. Spinach puree - 2 tablespoons
  17. Crushed black peppercorns - 1/2 teaspoon
  18. Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a deep non stick pan. Cut paneer into ½ inch cubes.
  2. Add cumin seeds to the pan and when it changes colour, add onion and tomato and sauté.
  3. Add salt and mix.
  4. Add green chilli paste, turmeric powder and coriander powder and mix.
  5. Add 1 cup water and mix and let it cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add fresh mint paste, fresh coriander paste, cashewnut paste and mix well.
  7. Add ½ cup water and mix and cook on high heat.
  8. Add spinach puree and mix well. Add paneer and mix gently.
  9. Add crushed black peppercorns and mix.
  10. Add garam masala powder, lemon juice, butter and mix. Adjust salt.
  11. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot
