Ingredients to make Chicken soup - Restaurant Style

  • Chicken stock of 5-6 pieces- boneless
  • Sliced carrots - 1
  • Sliced beans - 8
  • Sliced spring onions - a bunch
  • Corn - a handful
  • Garlic - 3-4 pieces, chopped
  • Egg white - 1 Egg
  • Salt and Pepper as per taste
  • Cornflour - 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper - 2 tsp

How to make Chicken soup - Restaurant Style

  1. Boil the chicken for 4 whistles. Shred the chicken and keep aside.
  2. Heat sunflower oil in a pan and add sliced garlic, capsicum,carrots,beans and corn.
  3. Bring it to a boil and then add the chicken pieces .Top it with the egg white and stir immediately.
  4. Add the cornflour along with water. Adjust the consistency. Lastly add the chopped spring onions.
  5. Serve hot by sprinkling pepper powder.
