Ingredients to make Papad Ki Sabji

  • Oil - 4-5 tablespoon
  • Bikaji paapad - 4
  • Curd - 4-5 tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder as per taste
  • Salt as per taste
  • Cumin seeds - 1-2 tablespoon
  • Water - 1 -2 Cup

How to make Papad Ki Sabji

  1. Heat the oil in wok and add cumin​ seeds to it, when they start to crackle add curd , red chilli powder, salt and water.
  2. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes. Break each papad into four pieces the add the pieces of papad to the wok a cover it with lid.
  3. Cook for another 3-4 minutes. Papad ki sabji is ready to eat with roti or chapati.
