Ingredients to make Papad ki sabji

  • Oil 4-5 tablespoon
  • Bikaji paapad -4
  • Curd 4-5 tabelspoon
  • Red chilli powder as per taste
  • salt as per taste
  • Cumin seeds 1-2 tablespoon
  • Water 1 -2 cup

How to make Papad ki sabji

  1. Heat the oil in wok and add cumin​ seeds to it when tey start to crackel add curd , red chilli powder, salt and water . Let it cook for 1-2 min .
  2. Break each papad into four pieces the add the pieces of papad to the wok a d cover it with lid and cook for another 3-4 min .
  3. Papad ki sabji is ready to eat with roti or chapati
