This is traditional rajasthani dish .rajasthan is d place of less rains so they dont have much green vegetable like others have rajasthani people use to make sabji wd papad and it turn out so delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 dal papad
  2. 1/2 katori dahi
  3. 3 tomato finly chopped
  4. 2 green chilly chopped
  5. 1 small piece ginger chopped
  6. 1 teaspoon jeera
  7. 2 pinch heeng
  8. 1 teaspoon haldi
  9. 1 teaspoon red chilly
  10. 1 teaspoon dhania
  11. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  12. 2 bay leaf
  13. 2 teaspoon oil
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Green coriendar for garnish

Instructions

  1. First dry roast papads on gass.keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in kadai add bay leaf jeera heeng fry them.
  3. Add chopped ginger tomato green chilly fry them till tomatoes soft.
  4. Add all masalas except salt and mix well add dahi and stir continuously.
  5. Add water according to your requirement of gravy.add salt let it boil.
  6. Once gravy start boiling keep mixing and add pieces of papads(break papads in medium pieces after roast them).
  7. Mix well.add hara dhaniya and switch off the flame.dahi papad sabhi is ready to serve.
