Gobi manchurian

Ingredients to make Gobi manchurian

  • 4 tbs maida
  • 2 tbs corn flour
  • Cauliflower 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper
  • Oil for Deep frying
  • 1 tbs soya sauce
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • For Sauce
  • Tomato catch 3tbs
  • Soya sauce 2tbs
  • Vinegar 1tbs
  • Green chilli sauce 1tbs
  • Ajinomoto(optional)
  • Onion 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Spring onion green
  • White pepper to taste
  • Green chilli
  • Ginger garlic finly chopped
  • Oil for saute 2tbs

How to make Gobi manchurian

  1. First make sauce for that
  2. Take a pan add 2 tbs oil and add ginger garlic and saute
  3. Then add green chilli
  4. Add onion saute until translucent then add capcicum saute it
  5. Add salt pepper red chilli and saute
  6. Add ajinomoto
  7. Add all sauces and high the flame saute it continously
  8. Add 1 cup Water and bring a boil then make a slury of cornflour and water and add it in sauce
  9. Mix it and off flame
  10. Then make flowy batter with cornflour maida pepper and salt and ajinomoto and 1 spoon of soya sauce
  11. Dip cauliflower florets in batter and deep fry until it become crispy
  12. Once done., on tha sauce flame and heat it
  13. Add cauliflower in it give a nice stir
  14. Make sure cauliflower coats the sauce completely
  15. Sprinkle some greens of spring onion
  16. Your dish is ready to serve
My Tip: Ajinomoto is optional u can skip it
