Ingredients to make Yam, Paneer And Methi Bites

  • 300 gm - Boiled Yam
  • 150 gm - paneer
  • 3 tsp - Freshly chopped methi
  • 3 - Fresh bread slice
  • 2 - Green chilies, chopped
  • 2-3 tsp - Grated carrot
  • 1 tsp - garlic, nicely chopped
  • 2 tsp - lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp -Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Black cardamom powder
  • 2 tsp - Fresh coriander
  • 1/2 tsp - Roasted crushed coriander seeds
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Yam, Paneer And Methi Bites

  1. Mince the yam with masher in large mixing bowl.
  2. Grind the bread slice in mixing jar and add this in yam bowl.
  3. Now crumble the paneer nicely and add this also to the mashed yam.
  4. One by one all ingredients from methi to salt and mix well till everything is incorporated. Make balls of desired size. Walnut size is the best.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan and slide the balls one by one gently in it. Pan fry it till light brown in color.
  6. Take out the balls once nicely browned from all sides. Serve them hot with green chutney and sauce.
