Palak Roti

Ingredients to make Palak Roti

  • 1 Cup - wheat flour
  • 1/4 Cup - palak puree
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tbsp - Ajwain
  • 1/2 tbsp - Green chilli paste
  • water as required

How to make Palak Roti

  1. Mix all above Ingredients.
  2. Make smooth dough with the help of water.
  3. Divide ready dough in equal portion and roll out round rotis.
  4. Heat a nonstick tawa and prepare the rotis by toasting from both sides till nicely browned.
  5. Serve hot with curd.
