Ingredients to make Suji Paneer Roll

  • INGREDIENTS FOR ROLL
  • Mashed Paneer - 1/2 cup
  • Suji (semolina) - 1 cup
  • Grated Ginger - 1 teaspoon
  • Finely Chopped Chilli - 2
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • Ingredients for stuffing
  • Oil - 2 teaspoon
  • Curry Leaves - 10 to 15 leaves
  • Finely Chopped Chilli - 2
  • Finely Chopped Onion-2
  • Green peas - 1 cup
  • Mashed Paneer - 1/2 cup
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Oil for greasing
  • Rai

How to make Suji Paneer Roll

  1. 1. Mix suji, mashed paneer, salt, grated ginger, finely chopped chilli together.
  2. 2. Add water and make a thick batter ( consistency should be like that of idli batter).
  3. 3. Keep it aside.
  4. 4. Heat oil in pan.
  5. 5. Add rai.
  6. 6. Add curry leaves.
  7. 7. Add finely chopped chilli and onions.
  8. 8. Add green peas and cook for 5 minutes.
  9. 9. Add mashed paneer, garam masala, salt and chilli powder.
  10. 10. Stir for 3 minutes. Filling is ready.
  11. 11. Now heat the non stick tawa.
  12. 12. Grease the tawa with one teaspoon oil.
  13. 13. Spread the batter on the tawa.
  14. 14. Cook on both sides for 2 minutes. Roll is ready.
  15. 15. Stuff the roll with the prepared vegetable filling.
  16. 16. Suji Paneer Rolls are ready. You can cut them into pieces if you want.
My Tip: You can add potato to the vegetable filling too.
