Ingredients to make Saffrony Sondesh

  • 1lt milk
  • 2/3ts vinegar or lemon juice
  • 2tbs milk powder
  • 1pinch/drop food colour
  • 3tbs powder sugar

How to make Saffrony Sondesh

  1. Boil milk
  2. Add vinegar or lemon juice in it
  3. When milk is curder, switch off the stove
  4. Sieve it.
  5. Cool at room temperature
  6. Transfer at kitchen slab
  7. Add powder sugar and kneed till smooth taxture
  8. Add milk powder
  9. Add colour and saffron
  10. Mix well
  11. Make balls
  12. Garnish with saffron
  13. Set 2o/30 in the freeze
  14. Saffrony Sondesh is ready to serve.
