Mango Litchi Pudding

Ingredients to make Mango Litchi Pudding

  • 4 large ripe mangoes,
  • 10 deseeded sweet litchis,
  • 1 cup milkmaid,
  • 2 cups milk,
  • sugar as per taste,
  • gelatin/ agar powder as per requirement,
  • rainbow sprinkles for decoration

How to make Mango Litchi Pudding

  1. Boil milk, to it add milkmaid and whisk properly.
  2. Make mango and litchi puree and add sugar if required only
  3. Add the fruit puree to milk mixture and whisk it gelatin (placed in warm water for 5mins), or you make use agar agar to set the pudding
  4. Place in sealed bowls with lid in deep fridge for at least 3hrs for the pudding to set
  5. Add Sugar coated edible coloured sprinkles just before serving on the top for decoration
