Ingredients to make Flower Pot

  • 2 cups Dark choclate compound
  • 1 cup milk choclate compound
  • 1/2 cup amul fresh cream
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup any choclate cake crumbs or choclate biscuits crumbs
  • 4 disposable tea glasses
  • 4 fresh mint sprig

How to make Flower Pot

  1. For the Choclate mousse, heat Amul cream, when warm remove from heat and add milk compound chocolate peices, mix well with silicon spatula, the Choclate will melt and we'll blended with cream.Now allow this to refrigate for 10 mins
  2. Take whipping cream and using electric blender, blend till peaks are formed, now slowly fold in the whipped cream with the milk chocolate ganache. Your Choclate mousse is ready...refrigate for sometime.
  3. Take disposable tea glasses and with the help of scissors, make very small cuts on the two opp sides from top.
  4. Break dark compound into pieces and place in a glass bowl...melt in microwave for 30 secs. Remove mix well with silicon spatula and again melt for 30 secs.
  5. Mix well with spatula and temper the Chocolate on room temperature...once cooled, take disposable cups and pour this melted chocolate, rotate the glass so that the Chocolate coats evenly all over. Remove the excess. Repeat the procedure with other glasses.
  6. Now keep this glasses in refrigerator for 5 mins..till they are set. Now remove and slowly tear off the glass out plastic layer from the cuts we made to the glass. What comes out is a beautiful Chocolate cup.
  7. Now pipe out mousse in this Chocolate cups till the brim and set in refrigerator for 30 mins..Remove and place cake crumbs or Oreo biscuits crumbs ( by crushing) on top of each cup to represent soil and in the center place a mint sprig in each pot.
My Tip: This is a restaurant style dessert where in, the cup has a rasmalai and saffron mousse ,and the soil was made from crushed pistachio.
