How to make Nutty Wheat Ladoos

  1. Dry roast cashew nuts on a skillet on medium flame for 2-3 mins. Remove and keep aside for cooling.Once cools down, grind it to fine powder.
  2. On the same skillet, dry roast flour on low flame till it changes color . Don’t burn it.This will take 5-10 mins.
  3. Once you get nice aroma of roasted flour, switch off the stove and keep aside till it cools down completely.
  4. Add sugar, cardamom powder and cashew nuts powder in the flour and mix well. Microwave ghee for 3-4 mins or until it is smoky hot.
