Ingredients to make Banglore special Khara Bath

  • 1 Cup semolina [sooji] ( dry roast)
  • 5-6 Ts Ghee
  • 3 Cup Hot water
  • 1 big onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 medium size capsicum
  • 1/2 Cup Green Peas
  • 1 Big Tamato
  • 4-5 Green chilles
  • 1/2 inch grated ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Ts MTR Vanghi bath powder
  • Corinader leaves for.garnishing

How to make Banglore special Khara Bath

  1. Firstly dry roast cup of sooji and keep it aside.Then take kadai with 5-6 ts of ghee into it.
  2. Add finely chopped onions and fry it.After add tamotoes,green peas and capsicum and fry them well. Add green chilli and ginger.
  3. Now add roasted sooji and saute them in low flame for some time.Add 2 ts vanghi bath powder and salt and add hot water and start continuously stirring mixture.
  4. Finely add coriander leaves and turn off the flame.When the mixture starts leaving the ghee in side.
