Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 Cups Vermicelli roasted (wheat),
  2. 1 Onion finely chopped,
  3. 2 Green Chillies chopped,
  4. 1 Capsicum sliced,
  5. Curry leaves finely chopped,
  6. Coriander leaves finely chopped,
  7. Lemon - 1 tbsp
  8. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  9. Chana dal - 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp,
  11. 3 spoons Oil
  12. salt

Instructions

  1. Take a vessel, heat 3 - 4 spoons of oil. Add mustard seeds, chana dal, capsicum, onion, chillies and curry leaves. Cook for 2 mins on a medium flame. Lastly add turmeric powder and salt, keep it aside.
  2. Now boil 5 cups water separately, when water starts boiling add only vermicelli. After 10 - 15 mins it gets cooked, drain water once cooking is done.
  3. Now mix vermicelli into the vessel and garnish it with coriander leaves and lemon juice. It is ready to serve.
