Ingredients to make Mango,coconut and chocolate candy

  • 250 grm mango puree
  • 30 grm sugar
  • 10 ml apple juice
  • 50 grm maltose syrup
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tsp desicated coconut
  • 1/2 cup Melted dark chocolate

How to make Mango,coconut and chocolate candy

  1. In a small bowl mix sugar and apple syrup and keep aside it for next step.
  2. In a non stick pan take mango mashed and cook it for 4-5 min,
  3. Now add apple juice and suger syrup mixture it,after 2 min add decicated coconut in it and mix well.
  4. now add maltose syrup in it and after a min add lemon juice in it and switch of gas.
  5. now transfer this mix in optional size silicon moulds and left it for 4 hours to set,once set keep out from mould and dip one by one candy in melted dark chocolate syrup and keep it in fridge again to set.
  6. when set all,sprinkle some desicated coconut over it for garnish and wrap it in candy paper and store it.

My Tip:

You can use it as Mango and coconut halwa skip the maltose syrup from this and increase the amount of sugar in it as your taste.
