  • Full cream milk 1litre
  • Sugar 4tea spoon
  • Mewa 50gms
  • Cardamom 4piece
  • Cashew nuts and pista
  • Cinnamon 1stick
  • Faluda
  • Rose syrup

How to make Pista faluda kulfi ice cream

  1. Boil milk with cinnamon and cardamom
  2. Add sugar and stir stii dissolve with milk
  3. Add mewa or khowa and keep boilling
  4. Stir well
  5. Add dry fruits
  6. Switch off the gas
  7. Let it cool for 1hour
  8. Pour in the mould
  9. Then keep it in freezer
  10. After 6 to 8 hours demould ice cream
  11. Garnish with faluda and red rose syrup
  12. Ready to eat
My Tip: Add lots of dry fruits for great taste
