Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 1kg
  2. Milkmaid 400gm
  3. Cream 1 cup, chilled
  4. Cardamom, crushed, 1tsp
  5. Cashew 1/4 cup
  6. Pista 1/2 cup
  7. For falooda-
  8. Vermicelli, boiled, 1 cup
  9. Roohafza, 4tsp or as required

Instructions

  1. Take milk and cook until thick and halved.
  2. Now let the milk cool completely.
  3. Now take this milk and add milkmaid, cardamom, pista and cashew and blend them together.
  4. Now take cream and add to above prepared mix and whisk to mix properly.
  5. Transfer to the mould and let it freeze for 5-6hrs or until set.
  6. For falooda- Take vermicelli and add roohafza to it and mix properly. Refrigerate until chill.
  7. Serve kulfi with falooda and garnish with pista and cashew.
