Milkmaid Popsicles or Kulfi

Ingredients to make Milkmaid Popsicles or Kulfi

  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 200g milk maid
  • Cardamon powder 1/4tsp
  • 1/2cup chopped dry fruit
  • Cornflour 2 tbsp
  • Chocolate sauce for garnish
  • Khus syrup for garnish

How to make Milkmaid Popsicles or Kulfi

  1. Heat milk for 10 min with sugar and Cardamon powder.
  2. When milk turns thick add corn flour and boil it
  3. Now add milk maid turn off gas
  4. Add chopped dry fruit, mix it
  5. Beat it with the blender. pour into moulds. freeze it for 6 to 7 hours
  6. Now de mould & garnish with khus and chocolate syrup

My Tip:

Use rose syrup instead of chocolate syrup Or as per taste
